How to Make Dried Orange Slices
These dried orange slices are incredibly easy to make don't require special equipment. Use them to dress up your favorite desserts and cocktails. You can also use them as Christmas decorations.

- Oranges or other citrus fruits you’ll get 12-16 slices from an orange
Wash and cut the oranges into slices as thin as possible. If you have a mandoline slicer, use it. Remove the seeds from the oranges with the tip of a knife. Carefully pat each slice dry with a paper towel or clean cloth to remove excess liquid.
Place the slices on a tray lined with parchment paper or silpat. Bake at 200°F (no need to preheat the oven) for 3 hours, turning each slice every half hour.
They will be ready when they are dry. The exact baking time will depend on the thickness and size of the slices.
Store in an airtight container for up to four months for consumption.
